What we do?

At Tshredz Training, I provide a fully personalised fitness experience focused on real, lasting results. You’ll get 1-on-1 training sessions twice a week, tailored to your fitness level and personal goals.

We’ll start with a consultation to plan your journey, followed by a custom training program designed specifically for you. Each month, you’ll have physique check-ins to track progress and make adjustments where needed.

To celebrate your hard work, we’ll finish with an end-of-program photoshoot, capturing your transformation and showcasing the progress you’ve made with Tshredz Training.
